Had an amazing time with friends! We explored the local area and enjoyed great food at a cozy pub nearby. The location is perfect. just a short walk to everything. The staff were super friendly and made our stay even better. Plus, breakfast had plenty of options! Definitely worth it for the value.
The only drawback was the number of stairs in the building. Might be tricky if you have mobility issues.

A cozy twin room with a private external bathroom was comfortable and well-kept. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially during breakfast, which featured a delightful selection including fruit salads. Be prepared for the lively atmosphere as it is a bustling spot on weekends, which might be disruptive if you're looking for quiet. the convenience of being centrally located near restaurants and the train station is a definite plus.

missingWrote a review on 25 Augcentral locationcharacterful outdoordated facilities
Central location near local attractions stands out, making exploration a breeze. The characterful outdoor seating area provides a unique spot to enjoy a drink and soak in the atmosphere.
The double room features a private external bathroom, which is a bit inconvenient if you're not a fan of running down a hall to freshen up. The bathroom itself is dated and lacks adequate lighting, making simple tasks like shaving a challenge. Noise from the nearby pub travels easily, especially on weekends, which could disrupt sleep. The shower is loud enough to make me think I was next to a gas turbine engine, and the lack of extras like complimentary toiletries can make the stay feel a bit underwhelming. Parking is also less than ideal, as on-street options finish at 8:00, which may not suit late arrivals.

Had a brilliant time munching through local delights at nearby eateries like Darwin's Kitchen and Peaberry Cafe Bar. Coupled with the comfy vibes of my room with its quirky old-school charm, it made for a fab stay.
A bit of a kerfuffle with payment—cash wasn't accepted, and had to flash some ID I didn't have. But no worries, the team sorted it out, leaving my stay shining bright!
